Double-glazed uPVC doors, made in Melbourne

Lift and slide doors

Turn the handle and the panel lifts off its seals to glide open. Lower it again and it settles back onto the seals. Lift and slide gives our widest openings, with a flush sill option for a level step outside.

Why choose lift and slide doors

Our widest openings

Large panels for wide walls of glass between living areas and the outdoors.

Lifts, glides, seals

The panel lifts off its seals to slide, then settles back down to seal tight when closed.

Flush sill option

A flush sill gives a level threshold between inside and out.

Proven on our projects

Lift and slide doors open The Ripple House in Glen Iris to its planted courtyard.

Common questions

How does a lift and slide door work?

Turning the handle lifts the sliding panel off its seals so it glides easily. Turning it back lowers the panel onto the seals, which holds it closed and sealed.

Can I get a level threshold?

Yes, lift and slide doors are available with a flush sill. Mention it when you request a quote so we can include it in the drawings.

How long does it take to get my lift and slide doors?

Most jobs take 8 to 12 weeks from approved quote to installation. Timing depends on our production schedule, and on lamination if you choose a colour we don't keep in stock.

Do you install, or supply only?

Both. For new homes, builders typically order supply-only and install using our drawings and installation details. For replacements in existing homes, our certified installers can complete the job for you.
