Tilt and turn
Tilts in for airflow or swings open from the side. Our most secure window.
Sliding
Nothing swings in or out, so they suit walkways, decks and tight spaces.
Double hung
The classic. Both sashes slide, and tilt inward for easy cleaning.
Fixed
Maximum glass and view. Pairs with any opening window.
Bifold
Folds right back to open a kitchen servery over the benchtop.

Windows are where most homes leak energy. Two numbers on every window label tell you how well it holds the line.
U-value
Lower is better. It measures how much heat escapes through the window.
The bigger your heating bill, the more a low U-value matters. Generally, the lower the number, the more you save.
SHGC
Solar heat gain. Look for 0.40 or less if summers overheat your home.
If you run the air conditioner hard or rooms bake in the afternoon, a lower SHGC keeps the sun's heat outside.

Common questions
How much do uPVC windows cost?
Every job is quoted individually, because price depends on window sizes, types, glass and finish. Send us your plans or book a site visit for an accurate quote. Installation is subject to a site measure.
How long does it take to get my windows?
Most jobs take 8 to 12 weeks from approved quote to installation. Timing depends on our production schedule, and on lamination if you choose a colour we don't keep in stock. For smaller jobs, we can often fabricate alongside larger projects to shorten the wait.
What warranty do you offer?
Our uPVC frames carry a 10-year warranty. Component warranties include:
- 10 years on HOPPE handle operation and Siegenia Titan/E-Look hardware
- 7 years on AGG Insulglass units
- 5 years on AGGLam laminated glass
- 5 years on Euro cylinders (excluding keys)
Glass warranty periods begin from the date of manufacture. Warranty periods for other handles and hinges depend on the product selected.
Warranties are subject to applicable terms, exclusions and correct installation, use and maintenance. Removal and replacement labour may not be covered. These warranties are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What areas do you service?
We supply across all of Victoria, as well as Canberra and selected areas of New South Wales. Get in touch to check your location.
Do you install, or supply only?
Both. For new homes, builders typically order supply-only and install the windows themselves, using our drawings and installation details. For window replacements in existing homes, our teams of certified installers can complete the job for you.
Can you replace the windows in my existing home?
Yes. We replace existing windows with double-glazed uPVC made to suit your openings, and our certified installers handle the removal and installation.
Do your windows come with flyscreens?
Yes. We make our own flyscreens designed to fit our uPVC frames, available in nylon or aluminium mesh. They're easy to remove when you need to clean the glass. For doors, we fit low-profile retractable flyscreens that keep insects out without getting in the way.
Can you fit security screens?
Yes. Security screens can be fitted on request through our trusted supply partner.
Are your windows suitable for bushfire-prone areas?
Yes. Our IDEAL 4000 series windows and Smart Slide doors are available for sites rated up to BAL-40. Tell us your site's BAL rating when you request a quote.
